Important Appointment Information
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for you and your pet, please take note of the following:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $30 cancellation fee per pet. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other pets in need of dental care. If the pet is found to be aggressive, extremely anxious, or has undisclosed medical conditions that prevent us from proceeding with the service, the cancellation fee will also apply. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule and avoid losing resources allocated for the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Parking:
Please ensure there is safe, accessible parking for our van. We require space to park a large vehicle, so please let us know if there are any parking restrictions or challenges at your location.
Before Arriving:
Your dental care specialist will text you with an ETA when they are heading your way. This is a great time to take your pet out for a quick walk to allow them to relieve themselves. A relaxed pet is more likely to have a comfortable dental cleaning experience, as some treatments for larger or more anxious dogs may take up to an hour. Arrival time is a window since current conditions of pets and traffic are often unpredictable.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. You will be sent a link to pay online via debit or credit card once the services are completed. We also accept cash payments. Please note, a late fee will be applied for payments not made within 24 hours of the service. Gratuity is always appreciated but never required. If you're pleased with the dental care your pet received, feel free to show your appreciation to your dental care specialist.
