Eligibility for Cosmetic Teeth Cleaning
Some pets may not be a good fit for our cosmetic teeth cleaning services due to specific behavioral or medical conditions. These include:
Aggressive or Highly Anxious Pets:
Pets that display signs of aggression or extreme anxiety may not tolerate the procedure. We prioritize the safety of both your pet and our staff.
Severe Dental Disease
Pets with advanced dental issues, such as gum disease or infected teeth, may require professional veterinary care and treatment before cosmetic cleaning can be performed.
Medical Conditions
Undisclosed medical conditions or health issues that could interfere with the cleaning process, such as heart conditions, will result in an additional fee. The appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. We will only proceed with the service if we receive a note from your veterinarian confirming that your pet is fit for the procedure.
Brachycephalic Dogs:
Dogs with flat faces (e.g., Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies) may have breathing difficulties that make it harder for them to tolerate the cleaning procedure. A vet clearance is required before proceeding.
